TracyP Coaching Co. is committed to safeguarding the personal information entrusted to us by our clients. We manage your personal information in accordance with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws. This policy outlines the principles and practices we follow in protecting your personal information.

This policy applies to TracyP Coaching Co. and its subsidiaries.  The policy also applies to any person providing services on our behalf.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

The only information we may use to identify you is the information you provide voluntarily. For example, when you sign up for email updates, announcements, coming soon sessions, discovery call; you will be asked to provide your email address and other relevant contact information. This personal information is disclosed only to the authorized personnel who use it to process and respond to your request.  While the personal information you send is secure once it reaches TracyP Coaching Co. server, it may not be secure in transit between your computer and ours.

By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you are consenting to our use of it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you provide Personal Data to the Services, you acknowledge and agree that such Personal Data may be transferred from your current location to the offices and servers of TracyP Coaching Co.

Clarity Call Form

We request information from you on our Clarity Call form. To reserve a call, you must provide contact information, like name, email address, phone number, etc. and basic information regarding your goals. This information is used for the Clarity Call and we will use this information to contact you.

Personal information means information about an identifiable individual. This includes an individual’s name, home address and phone number, age, sex, marital or family status, an educational history, etc.

We collect directly from our clients only the personal information that we need for the purposes of providing services to our clients.

When do we collect information?

Personal Information Protection Policy, revised October 2020; We make every reasonable effort to ensure that client information is accurate and complete. We rely on our clients to notify us if there is a change to their personal information that may affect their relationship with our organization. If you are aware of an error in our information about you, please let us know and we will correct it on request wherever possible. In some cases, we may ask for a written request for correction. We protect client personal information in a manner appropriate for the sensitivity of the information. We make every reasonable effort to prevent any loss, misuse, disclosure, or modification of personal information, as well as any unauthorized access to personal information. We retain client personal information only as long as is reasonable to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected or for legal or business purposes. We render client personal information non-identifying, or destroy records containing personal information once the information is no longer needed. We use appropriate security measures when destroying client personal information, including cross-shredding paper records, and permanently deleting electronic records.

Access to records containing personal information

Clients of TracyP Coaching Co. have a right of access to their own personal information in a record that is in our custody or under our control, subject to some exceptions.

We do not sell or share our client list with any other entities. Customer information such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and billing information is collected for the sole purpose of providing services described on this web site.

TracyP Coaching Co. limits the information we collect about our customers to what we need for internal business purposes only. On request we will provide you with access to the information we retain about you.  We protect your information with appropriate safeguards and security measures.

Policy Changes

If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account and or through a notice on the website home page the date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the bottom of the page.  You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you and for periodically visiting our website and this privacy policy to check for any changes
