Frequently Asked Questions
If you’ve been wondering what support could look like for you, you’re in the right place. Here are answers to some common questions to help you feel informed, comfortable, and confident as you explore your next step.
-
You are not alone in that feeling.
So many women spend years taking care of everyone else that somewhere along the way they lose touch with what they need, what they enjoy, and what truly matters to them anymore.
You do not need to have all the answers before you begin. Sometimes the first step is simply creating space to reconnect with yourself again, and we work through that together one step at a time.
-
Yes. Flexible payment options are available for select coaching packages and programs.
If you have questions about pricing or payment options, feel free to reach out and we can explore what might work best for you.
-
If you’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself, stuck in survival mode, constantly putting yourself last, or craving something more for your life, there’s a good chance you’re in the right place.
You do not need to be falling apart to want support.
Sometimes women simply reach a point where they realize they are ready for more joy, more balance, more confidence, more purpose, or a life that feels more like their own again.
-
Absolutely.
Sometimes it helps to simply have a conversation first. A complimentary call gives us the opportunity to connect, talk about where you are right now, and explore what kind of support may feel best for you.
-
Absolutely.
Many women come to retreats and workshops on their own, and honestly, some of the most meaningful connections and transformations happen because they did.
I never want a woman to miss out on an experience that could truly impact her life simply because she doesn’t have someone to attend with.
From the moment you arrive, my goal is to help you feel welcomed, comfortable, included, and supported. The women who attend are incredibly kind, genuine, and accepting, and it doesn’t take long before conversations start flowing naturally.
A lot of women arrive feeling nervous… and leave wondering why they ever worried in the first place.
And truthfully? Some of my own biggest breakthroughs and personal growth experiences happened when I chose to attend things on my own too.

I was always the person people came to for guidance, encouragement, perspective, support, and honest conversations. Helping people grow, move forward, and believe in themselves has always come naturally to me.
Over the years, through leadership, life experience, personal growth, and coaching, I realized this work was so much more than a career for me. It became something deeply meaningful.
There is nothing more rewarding to me than watching a woman reconnect with herself again. Seeing her start believing in her voice, taking up space, setting healthier boundaries, choosing herself, and creating a life that feels happier, lighter, and more aligned with who she truly is.
This work matters deeply to me because I know what it feels like to lose pieces of yourself along the way, and I also know how powerful it is to find your way back.
-
Yes. Most coaching sessions are offered virtually through Zoom, allowing women to receive support no matter where they are located.
One of the beautiful things about virtual coaching is that you get to show up exactly as you are, from the comfort and privacy of your own space. There’s no rushing, commuting, or trying to fit one more thing into an already busy day.
I work with women from many different locations, creating meaningful connection, support, accountability, and transformation through conversations that feel real, grounded, and deeply personal.
For women local to Ponoka and surrounding areas, limited in-person sessions may also be available, including outdoor walking sessions in nature.
-
Many women come to me feeling frustrated because they’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, attended workshops, or started programs before… but still find themselves falling back into the same patterns.
Real change often happens when you have support, accountability, reflection, and practical tools that help you actually apply what you are learning in real life.
This work is not about perfection. It’s about creating meaningful shifts that feel sustainable and aligned with who you are now.

I don’t believe in cookie-cutter coaching.
You are not a template, a checklist, or a one-size-fits-all solution, and your life deserves more care, attention, and support than that.
Everything I do is centered around YOU. Your story. Your experiences. Your personality. Your struggles. Your goals. Your pace. Your life.
With over 50 years of lived experience, more than 30 years of leadership experience, and years of coaching and personal growth work, I bring both professional guidance and real-life understanding into every conversation.
I understand what it feels like to carry responsibilities, lose pieces of yourself along the way, navigate hard seasons, rebuild, grow, and keep showing up anyway. That lived experience allows me to connect with women in a way that feels genuine, grounded, and deeply personal.
This is not surface-level motivation or toxic positivity.
This is real support for real women living real lives. Some days you may need encouragement.
Some days accountability.
Some days honesty.
Some days simply a safe space to breathe, process, and feel heard.I meet you where you are.
My role is not to tell you who to become.
It’s to help you reconnect with who you already are underneath the pressure, expectations, and noise of everyday life. -

Finding the right coach matters.
Coaching is a very personal experience, and feeling comfortable, supported, and connected with the person guiding you is incredibly important.
That’s why I offer a complimentary connection call where we can simply have a conversation, talk about where you are right now, what kind of support you’re looking for, and see if it feels like the right fit for both of us.
I’m not here to pressure you or convince you of anything.
I believe the right coaching relationship should feel safe, supportive, genuine, and aligned.
My approach is warm, honest, grounded, and deeply personal. I care deeply about the women I work with and the experience they have while working with me.
I will support you, encourage you, challenge you when needed, and help you continue moving forward, but you never have to do it perfectly. This is about meaningful progress, growth, and creating changes that truly fit your life.
