Life and Leadership Coaching is your expertise what is the difference?

Great question, they are similar as they intertwine into each other however if I could sum it up for you as a Life Coach I work on your personal goals and aspirations and as a Leadership Coach I work with individuals that want to move forward in their careers or with their teams.

I have never had a coach before; do you offer any guarantee?

Absolutely! You want results, I am here to provide them for you; if at any time you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a money-back guarantee policy, and we review this in full detail during the contract agreement.

Why can’t I just book one call?

I am extraordinary at what I do, but one call will never be enough. We can make a lot of progress during one session, but the deepest and best results happen over time as we check-in, dive deeper and keep forwarding the action. You can walk away feeling better after one call, but I want to give you more.

What kind of commitment is expected?

At least three months, however, I highly recommend the Open Flame; 12 Week Program. The 1:1 sessions are booked well in advance on a schedule that works for you.

If you could lay it on the line for me, what would you say?

I sure can, and I appreciate this opportunity. I work for you; my job is to hold you accountable, guide and mentor you on your journey, but I do not do the work for you. I provide you with the tools and resources to accomplish your goals; however, it is your job to do the work. If you do the work, goals, and plans you have set out for yourself will be achieved, you will begin to live the life YOU want and deserve.

I want to set up a clarity call with you, but I am nervous to do so.

You do not have to be nervous. It is free to chat, and no worries; I will not keep harassing you to buy a package. We will have an excellent clarity call and next steps are your decision. I want for you what you need. It is nothing to be nervous about. I am unable to connect and answer all your questions on a web page, human connection is my expertise, and I would love to hear from you. You will never know what I can really do for you unless you book a call.

How is the 1:1 coaching session you offer delivered?

Many of my clients prefer the Zoom Platform; however, other options I use are Microsoft Teams, Skype, Facebook Messenger Video Call, Google Meet Up, Telephone or Go to Meeting. I am flexible and want to facilitate it in any delivery system my clients are comfortable with.

How did you know that you wanted to do this?

At some point in our lives, regardless of the direction we are heading, it just clicks, and you find your calling. You realize what you were born to do, and I was born to be a coach and make a difference. I have been coaching forever and could never imagine my life not helping others achieve their dreams and the life they deserve. As I got older, my calling was more substantial; I loved my career, my team and what I did; however, I knew I needed more. I am so passionate about it that it is hard to explain, but when you know you are where you belong, you just know, and I am here to coach you!

How do I know if you are the coach for me?

I am not for everyone; we all have our people. I hope you will take the opportunity to set up a clarity call, and we can find out. It is free, and if we are not a fit for some reason, I would be more than happy to refer you to one of my colleagues who specialize in the coaching field you require. However, I am authentic and real; I strive to make a difference and give all I have to my clients. I provide the tools and proven methods; but it is up to you to do the work; your journey's success depends on what you put into it. Believe me, you will never regret it!

I seen coming soon stuff and wondering how I find out when dates are released?

Sign up for our monthly newsletter, and you will be the first to know when dates and locations are released to the public. You can also follow us on our Facebook page however, be advised our clients and newsletter subscribers find out before the release on the Facebook page.

Do I have to be a client of yours to attend a retreat or workshop?

No, you certainly do not have to be a client to attend; however, my clients receive VIP seating and pricing to the events and a few little extra surprises for them.

I am interested in your Retreats and Workshops, but I have no one to attend with me is this OK?

Heck Ya! I would love to see you there solo; this is precisely why I am passionate about my retreats; I do not want women to miss anything. You will be welcomed into a safe community where you belong, and no worries if you are a bit scared as I am a master at making everyone feel welcome and comfortable, I promise! Want to know a little secret? Some of my best breakthroughs and rewarding development were those I attended on my own.
