I wanted to create something rare and meaningful, a space where cost wouldn’t hold you back from showing up for yourself and your business. As women entrepreneurs, we’re always investing, whether it’s in training programs, tools, our teams, or even just trying to keep everything afloat.
And let’s be honest: sometimes the money factor feels like a wall between you and opportunities you’d love to explore. I know that wall, I’ve been there, too.

Hi, I’m Tracy, a Master Life & Leadership Coach and the founder of Her Heart & Hustle.
Running a business can be incredibly rewarding, but it can also be lonely.
You can have people who love you, support you and cheer you on, and still need women in your life who truly understand what it means to build something of your own.
Women you can bounce an idea off of. Women who understand the wins AND the hard days. Women who have knowledge and experiences you can learn from, and who can learn from you too. What if I’m nervous about joining?
That’s totally normal! It can feel intimidating to step into something new, but trust me, you’re not alone. Every woman who joins Her Heart and Hustle is here to connect, grow, and support each other. From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel the warmth and welcoming energy of the group. Take the leap, you won’t regret it!
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! We love welcoming new women into the group. The more, the merrier! Just let me know ahead of time or have your friend sign up so I can prepare for them.
Is this only for women in Ponoka?
Not at all! While we meet in Ponoka, this group is open to women entrepreneurs from any community. Whether you’re from a nearby town or a bit farther away, you’re welcome to join us.
The admission is FREE, what's the catch?
There’s no catch! This isn’t about cutting corners, it’s about making this community accessible to every woman entrepreneur. I didn’t create Her Heart and Hustle to make money; I created it to build a thriving community where women can connect, collaborate, and grow—regardless of where their business is currently at.
What if I don’t know anyone?
That’s completely okay! Many women join not knowing anyone, and by the end of the meeting, they leave with connections and support they didn’t know they needed. This is a safe, welcoming space where everyone is here for the same reason—to connect and grow.
What if I’m just starting out in business?
That’s wonderful, you’re in the right place! Whether you’ve been running a business for years or you’re just getting started, there’s something here for you. The group is all about learning, growing, and supporting each other, no matter where you’re at in your entrepreneurial journey.
Are there other plans for Her Heart and Hustle?
Oh, absolutely! I’m constantly dreaming of new ways to expand and bring value to this community. For now, we’re focusing on these monthly meetups to build a strong foundation and get to know one another. But in the future, there will be more collaborative opportunities, socials, and exciting projects to look forward to. Stay tuned!
